Թրամփի պատժամիջոցները կաթվածահար են արել Բալթիկ ծովում Ռուսաստանի ամենամեծ նավթային նավահանգիստները

«Ռոսնեֆտ»-ի և «Լուկօիլ»-ի դեմ պատժամիջոցները, որոնք Հնդկաստանի և Չինաստանի հիմնական գնորդներին ստիպել են հրաժարվել ռուսական նավթից, հանգեցրել են «սև ոսկու» արտահանման փլուզման՝ Ռուսաստանի արևմտյան նավահանգիստների միջոցով։

Բալթիկ ծովի Պրիմորսկ նավահանգիստը, որը արտասահման արտահանվող հումքի ծավալով ամենամեծն է, նոյեմբերի 16-ով ավարտված շաբաթվա ընթացքում բեռնափոխադրումները նվազել են 3.7 անգամ կամ 73%-ով՝ հասնելով օրական 43,000 տոննայի, հաղորդում է «Կոմերսանտը»՝ հղում անելով «Գազպրոմբանկի» գների ինդեքսի կենտրոնի տվյալներին։

Բալթյան գլխավոր նավահանգիստը, որը սպասարկում էր Ուրալյան նավթի Հնդկաստան առաքումները, այս շաբաթ ուղարկել է ընդամենը երեք լցանավ՝ սովորական ինը լցանավի փոխարեն։ Դրանցից մեկը ուղևորվում է Թուրքիա, մյուսը՝ Եգիպտոս, իսկ երրորդը՝ անհայտ ուղղությամբ։

Բալթիկ ծովի Ուստ-Լուգա նավահանգստից օրական արտահանվել է 43,000 տոննա, ինչը 40%-ով պակաս է նախորդ տարվա համեմատ: Սև ծովի Նովոռոսիյսկից արտահանումը հոկտեմբերի համեմատ նվազել է մոտ մեկ երրորդով՝ հասնելով օրական 29,000 տոննայի, անօդաչու թռչող սարքերի հարձակման հետևանքով արտահանումը երեք օրով դադարեցվելուց հետո: Խաղաղօվկիանոսյան Կոզմինո նավահանգստից արտահանումն աճել է՝ հասնելով օրական 157,000 տոննայի:

Այնուամենայնիվ, Ռուսաստանի ծովային նավթի ընդհանուր արտահանումը նվազել է մինչև տարեկան ամենացածր ցուցանիշը՝ օրական 291,000 տոննա։ Վերջին շաբաթվա ընթացքում այն ​​նվազել է 13%-ով։ Իսկ տարեկան կտրվածքով՝ 30%-ով, նշում է տնտեսագետ Եգոր Սուսինը։

Կենտրոնական տեղեկատվական կենտրոնի տվյալներով՝ հունական լցանավային ընկերությունները՝ ռուսական նավթով զբաղվող միակ եվրոպական բեռնափոխադրողները, սկսել են հրաժարվել ռուսական նավթի առաքումից։ Ուրալի նավթի զեղչերը անցյալ շաբաթվա վերջին գերազանցել են մեկ բարելի համար 23 դոլարը, մինչդեռ Բալթյան նավահանգիստներում դրա գինը նվազել է մինչև 36 դոլար։

Ներկայումս ռուսական նավթի արտահանման միջին գինը (բոլոր տեսակի նավթամթերքները՝ բոլոր նավահանգիստներից) տատանվում է մեկ բարելի համար մոտ 46 դոլարի սահմաններում, նշում է Սուսինը։ Սա 10 դոլարով ցածր է ընթացիկ տարվա արդեն վերանայված բյուջեում ներառված մակարդակներից։ Սա նշանակում է, որ դրա ապրանքային եկամուտները կարող են նույնիսկ ավելի ցածր լինել, քան Ֆինանսների նախարարությունը գնահատում է։ «Ընդհանուր գնահատականների համաձայն՝ մի քանի ամիս անց բյուջեն կարող է պակաս լինել մոտ 300 միլիարդ ռուբլուց», - նշում է Սուսինը։

Ֆինանսների նախարարության տվյալներով՝ հոկտեմբերին բյուջեն նավթի և գազի եկամուտները 27%-ով ավելի պակաս են ստացել, քան նախորդ տարի, իսկ 10 ամսվա ընթացքում կուտակային անկումը հասել է 21%-ի։ Դրամական արտահայտությամբ գանձարանը կորցրել է մոտավորապես 2 տրիլիոն ռուբլի։
