Արշակ Կարապետյանը զգուշացնում է բոլորին. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Երեկ Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտարարություն տարածեց, որ «զինվորական քննչական գլխավոր վարչությունում ավարտվել է ԶՈՒ նախկին ԳՇ պետի առաջին տեղակալ Արշակ Կարապետյանի կողմից իշխանությունը չարաշահելու դեպքի առթիվ նախաձեռնված քրեական վարույթի նախաքննությունը»: Եթե հակիրճ, ապա խոսքն այն մասին է, թե իբր Արշակ Կարապետյանը մարտական դիրքերը թողնելու վերաբերյալ բանավոր հրաման է տվել, որի հետևանքով հակառակորդը 2021թ. մայիսի 17-ին դիրքավորվել է մարտական դիրքերում:

Երեկ «Փաստը» դիմեց պաշտպանության նախկին նախարար, գեներալ-մայոր Արշակ Կարապետյանին՝ ճշտելու նրա կարծիքը քրեական վարույթի վերաբերյալ, ինչպես նաև հասկանալու, թե իրականում ինչ է եղել: «Անեկդոտ են պատմում»,-նախ արձագանքեց գեներալը, ապա նշեց, թե այս ամենը հիշեցնում է հայտնի պատմությունը, երբ մեկն ասում է. «Մենք աշխարհով մեկ կտարածենք, որ նրա քույրն անբարոյական է, իսկ ինքն էլ թող ամբողջ աշխարհին ապացուցի, որ ինքն ընդհանրապես քույր չունի»:

Արշակ Կարապետյանի խոսքով, ինքը երբեք, որևէ պարագայում հակառակորդին դիրք հանձնելու կամ հակառակորդի առաջխաղացման դեպքում չկրակելու ո՛չ գրավոր, ո՛չ բանավոր հրաման չի տվել: «Եթե նույնիսկ բանավոր ինչ-որ հրաման տված էլ լինեի որևէ հրամանատարի, չնայած դա բացառվում է, ապա վերջինս իրավունք չուներ կատարելու այդ հրամանը, քանի դեռ չկա ԳՇ պետի գրավոր հրամանը: Ավելին, նա պետք է տեղեկացներ ԳՇ պետին, որ նման հրաման է ստացել: Ոչ միայն ԳՇ պետի տեղակալը, այլև ԳՇ պետը նման բանավոր հրաման տալու իրավասություն չունի, պետք է լինի ԳՇ գրավոր հրամանը՝ ստորագրված ԳՇ պետի կողմից»,-ասում է գեներալը և հավելում, որ ինքը ոչ միայն նման հրաման չի տվել ու չէր կարող տալ, այլև ընդհակառակը՝ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն իրեն պաշտպանության նախարարի պաշտոնից ազատել է նրա համար, որ կրակելու հրաման է տվել:

«Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի պարագայում ամեն ինչ հասկանալի է: Առջևում խորհրդարանական ընտրություններ են, մոտ օրերս Վաղարշապատի ընտրություններն են, և նա հերթով ցանկանում է վարկաբեկել բոլորին: Սամվել Կարապետյանին փորձեց վարկաբեկել, բանտ ուղարկեց, սրբազաններին բանտ ուղարկեց, Եկեղեցու դեմ է պատերազմի դուրս եկել, պարզ է, որ ինձ էլ պիտի փորձի վարկաբեկել: Կրկնում եմ՝ իր հետ ամեն ինչ պարզ է, բայց ցավալին այն է, որ դավաճանությունը մեր երկրում շարունակվում է,- ասաց Արշակ Կարապետյանն ու դիմեց ոստիկաններին, քննիչներին, դատախազներին, դատավորներին, որոնք կանգնած են նման շինծու քրգործերի հետևում:Զգուշացնում եմ բոլորին՝ խելքներդ գլուխներդ հավաքեք: Ձեր նման շատ տղերք են եղել մեր կողքին, ցավոք մարտի դաշտում զոհվել են, զոհվել են պատվով, իսկ դուք մի երկու կոպեկի համար սեփական հայրենիքն եք ծախում: Փառք Աստծո, նմանները քիչ են, բայց, միևնույնն է, հենց նրանք են պահում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանին: Ժողովուրդը զզվում է Փաշինյանից, իսկ նմանները, ժողովրդին հակառակ գնալով, պահում են դրան»:
