2026 թվականին կառավարությունը կանխատեսում է 5.4% տնտեսական աճ

Ազգային ժողովում 2026 թվականի պետական բյուջեի նախագիծը ներկայացնելու ժամանակ ֆինանսների նախարար Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը խոսելով տնտեսական աճի մասին՝ նշել է. «2026 թվականին մենք սպասում ենք 5.4% տնտեսական աճ՝ գրեթե հասնելով ՀՆԱ 12 տրիլիոն մակարդակին, որը գերազանցում է մեր նախնական կանխատեսումները։ Ի դեպ, նույնիսկ արժույթի միջազգային հիմնադրամը բարձրացրել է Հայաստանի աճի կանխատեսումը՝ 2026 թվականին սպասելով 5.4% տնտեսական աճ»:

Նախարարն ընդգծել է 21-26 թվականների ընթացքում իրականացված բարեփոխումները. «Ապագա զարգացումը կառուցվում է մեր նախկին հաջողությունների և ընդունած որոշումների վրա։ Եվ այսպես վերջին հինգ տարիների արդյունքներով մենք արձանագրել ենք միջինում 7.6% տնտեսական աճ։ Եվ ես ուրախ եմ, որ ՀՆԱ 5.4% աճի կանխատեսումը այլևս սենսացիա չէ։ Հատկանշական է, որ տնտեսական աճը Հայաստանի Հանրապետության կառավարության հայտարարած քաղաքականությանը համահունչ ներառական է եղել, այն ուղեկցվել է մի կողմից զբաղվածության աճով, մյուս կողմից միջին աշխատավարձերի գնաճի տեմպերն էապես գերազանցող աճով, ինչպես նաև անհավասարության և աղքատության մակարդակի նվազմամբ, այս փոփոխությունների մասշտաբն առավել հստակ պատկերացնելու համար պետք է նշել, որ 25 թվականի հունվար-սեպտեմբեր ամիսներին վարձու աշխատողների թիվը շարունակել է աճել, արձանագրելով 4.8% աճ, իսկ միջին ամսական անվանական աշխատավարձը նախորդ տարվա նկատմամբ աճել է 5.3%-ով՝ կազմելով 295,042 դրամ:»:

«Պետական բյուջեի պակասուրդը նախատեսվում է 537 միլիարդ դրամ, ՀՆԱ-ի 4.5%-ը 25 թվականի 5.5%-ի դիմաց, միջնաժամկետում նվազելով մինչև պարտքի բեռը կայուն պահող 2,8%: Այս բյուջեով հարկաբյուջետային քաղաքականությունը մենք կառուցում ենք պատասխանատվությամբ և հավասարակշռությամբ։ Մեր նպատակն է շարունակաբար նվազեցնել բյուջեի պակասուրդը և պահպանել պետական պարտքը կայուն և կառավարելի տիրույթում միջնաժամկետ հատվածում՝ այն պահպանելով 50%-ին մոտ շրջանակում։ Այս համատեքստում  մենք իրականացնում ենք տնտեսական ներուժի բարձրացմանը միտված ծրագրեր, ուղղված ենթակառուցվածքների և մարդկային կապիտալի զարգացմանը»,- հայտնել է Հովհաննիսյանը:
