«Ստում են»․ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի գրասենյակն արձագանքել է Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանին

Միկոյանի խոսքով՝ ներկա իշխանությունը բյուջեն վատնում էր մարտական թռիչք չանող և միայն սելֆիների համար հարյուր միլիոնավոր դոլարներով գնած ինքնաթիռների, տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դոլարներով գնված ժանգոտ ու անիմաստ ՀՕՊ համակարգերի և «կլուբնիկ» շոուների վրա։
 
ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանի կառավարման տարիներին Հայաստանի և Ադրբեջանի ռազմական բյուջեների տարբերությունը եղել է մոտ 3, այլ ոչ թե 5 անգամ։ Sputnik Արմենիայի հետ զրույցում այս մասին ասաց Քոչարյանի գրասենյակի ղեկավար Բագրատ Միկոյանը՝ արձագանքելով ՀՀ Ազգային ժողովի փոխխոսնակ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանի հայտարարությանը։
 
Ռուբինյանն այսօր մեղադրել էր Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին, որ նրա կառավարման օրոք Հայաստան-Ադրբեջան ռազմական բյուջեի բալանսի հարաբերակցությունը եղել է 1-ը 5-ի։ Նրա խոսքով՝ պատճառն այն է, որ աճել է ոչ թե Հայաստանի ռազմական բյուջեն, այլ Քոչարյանի և Սարգսյանի ընտանեկան բյուջեները։
 
«Իհարկե նրանք ստում են»,- ասաց Միկոյանը՝ նշելով, որ տվյալները կարելի է տեսնել նաև բաց աղբյուրներում, օրինակ` Military Balance պարբերականում։
Նա հավելեց՝ Քոչարյանի նախագահության օրոք Հայաստանը դաշնակիցներից զինատեսակները ձեռք էր բերում կա՛մ շատ արտոնյալ պայմաններով, կա՛մ պարզապես նվեր էր ստանում։ Ըստ Միկոյանի՝ դա թույլ էր տալիս ամբողջությամբ պահել ռազմական բալանսն Ադրբեջանի հետ, ինչի ամենացայտուն արտահայտությունը տասնամյա լիարժեք և արժանապատիվ խաղաղությունն էր։
 
«Իսկ ընդհանրապես փաստ է, որ Ադրբեջանը թե՛ տարածքով և թե՛ բնակչությամբ Հայաստանից մոտ 3 անգամ մեծ է, և այս փաստը կարող է հայտնագործություն լինել կյանքի երրորդ տասնամյակում առաջին անգամ աշխատանք տեսած ու միանգամից բարձր պետական պաշտոն զբաղեցրած յուրաքանչյուր պատահականության համար։ Այ իրենց օրոք, օրինակ՝ 2020 թվականին, ռազմական բյուջեների տարբերությունը արդեն 3,5 անգամ էր։ Իսկ մեր ունեցած այդ բյուջեն նրանք վատնում էին մարտական թռիչք չանող և միայն սելֆիների համար հարյուր միլիոնավոր դոլարներով գնած ինքնաթիռների, տասնյակ միլիոնավոր դոլարներով գնված ժանգոտ ու անիմաստ ՀՕՊ համակարգերի և «կլուբնիկ» շոուների վրա»,- նշեց Միկոյանը։
 
Հակադարձելով Ռուբինյանին՝ Միկոյանը նաև մի քանի հարց ուղղեց իշխանությանը.
 
1. Եթե 1998-2008 թվականներին Ադրբեջանն ավելի ուժեղ էր, քան մենք, ինչու՞ չէին այդ ժամանակ սկսում պատերազմը, և նախագահ Քոչարյանի տարիները բացարձակ խաղաղ էին․ իսկ մյուս իշխանության օրոք՝ 2018-2025 թվականերին, երբ, ըստ իրենց, իբր ուժեղ էին, Ադրբեջանը մի քանի անգամ հաղթեց մեզ։
 
2. Եթե մի իշխանության օրոք (1998-2008թթ․) աղքատ բնակչության ավելի քան 2 անգամ կրճատվել, իսկ ծայրահեղ աղքատներինը՝ ավելի քան 4 անգամ, իսկ մեկ այլ իշխանության օրոք (2018-2025թթ․) աղքատների թիվը չի կրճատվում, ապա այդ իշխանություններից ո՞րն է զբաղված սեփական ընտանեկան բյուջեն լցնելով։
 
3. Ո՞ր իշխանությունն էր, որ Ադբեջանին նվիրեց Ադրբեջանի ռազմական բյուջեից կրկնակի ավելի զինամթերք և ռազմական տեխնիկա, որի մեծ մասը ձեռք էր բերվել 1998-2008 թվականներին և՝ մեր պետության ու ժողովրդի աշխատանքով։
 
Նշենք, որ այսօր ԱԺ փոխխոսնակ Ռուբեն Ռուբինյանը լրագրողների հետ ճեպազրույցում հայտարարեց, թե ուժերի խախտված հավասարակշռությունն է պատերազմի հիմնական պատճառը։ Իսկ բալանսի խախտման համար էլ մեղադրեց ՀՀ երկրորդ նախագահ Ռոբերտ Քոչարյանին։
