Նարեկ Կարապետյանի հարցազրույցը Թաքեր Կարլսոնին՝ հայ իրականության միջազգային հնչեղության նշան

Նարեկ Կարապետյանի հարցազրույցը ամերիկացի հայտնի լրագրող և քաղաքական մեկնաբան Թաքեր Կարլսոնի հետ միջազգային հետաքրքրություն է առաջացրել՝ առաջին անգամ լայնորեն ներկայացնելով Հայաստանն այն դիտանկյունից, որը երկար ժամանակ դուրս էր Արևմուտքի ուշադրությունից։ Հարցազրույցում հնչած թեմաներից առավել մեծ արձագանք է ունեցել Հայաստանում զանգվածային ձերբակալությունների, քաղաքական հետապնդումների և Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու դեմ իշխանությունների վարած քաղաքականության անդրադարձը։

Ամերիկյան լրատվական շրջանակներում զարմանքով է ընդունվել այն փաստը, որ ժողովրդավարական կարգեր հայտարարած երկրի վարչապետը կալանավորում է ազգային բարերարի՝ Եկեղեցին պաշտպանելու համար։ Սամվել Կարապետյանի ձերբակալությունը, ըստ Նարեկ Կարապետյանի, բացարձակապես քաղաքական և գաղափարական հիմք ունի․ այն ուղղված է ոչ թե հանցագործության կանխարգելման, այլ ազգային ինքնության և հոգևոր արժեքների դեմ մղվող լայն հակաշարժի տրամաբանությանը։ Միացյալ Նահանգները և մի շարք միջազգային կառույցներ ուշադիր հետևում են Հայաստանում տեղի ունեցող զարգացումներին՝ փորձելով հասկանալ՝ ինչու է երկիրը, որն իրեն հռչակել է ժողովրդավարական ու եվրոպական ուղու հետևորդ, իրականում վերածվել քաղաքական հաշվեհարդարի և վախի մթնոլորտի տարածման տարածքի։

Հարցազրույցից հետո իշխանական քարոզչամեքենան անմիջապես փորձեց նսեմացնել դրա նշանակությունը՝ տարածելով կեղծ տեղեկություններ այն մասին, թե հարցազրույցը վճարված է եղել։ Այդ պնդումները, սակայն, մերկապարանոց էին․ «Մեր Ձևով» ժողովրդական շարժման խոսնակ Մարիաննա Ղահրամանյանը հրապարակավ հերքեց դրանք՝ հայտարարելով, որ հարցազրույցի համար ոչ մի դրամ չի վճարվել, և այն կազմակերպվել է բացառապես լրագրողական և հանրային հետաքրքրությունից ելնելով։ Նա նաև ընդգծեց՝ եթե իշխանությունները ցանկանում են խոսել վճարված հարցազրույցների մասին, ապա նախ պետք է բացահայտեն, թե պետական բյուջեից վերջին յոթ տարիներին որքան գումար է ծախսվել Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի արտաքին քարոզչական նյութերի և հարցազրույցների կազմակերպման վրա՝ տարբեր արևմտյան հրատարակություններում։

Թաքեր Կարլսոնը, հիշեցնենք, ժամանակակից ամերիկյան մեդիայի ամենաազդեցիկ դեմքերից մեկն է՝ հայտնի իր անկաշկանդ հարցազրույցներով և աշխարհաքաղաքական իրադարձությունների խորքային վերլուծությամբ։ Նրա զրուցակիցների թվում եղել են Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը, Իրանի նախագահ Մասուդ Պեզեշկյանը և այլ քաղաքական առաջնորդներ։ Այս համատեքստում Նարեկ Կարապետյանի հարցազրույցը ոչ միայն ընդգծում է «Մեր Ձևով» շարժման հասած ազդեցությունը և գաղափարական կշիռը, այլև վկայում է, որ հայաստանյան իրականության հանդեպ միջազգային հետաքրքրությունը սկսել է նոր որակ ստանալ՝ դուրս գալով տեղական քարոզչական սահմաններից և բարձրանալով համաշխարհային մեդիա ֊ մակարդակ։
