Դպրոցներում ուսուցիչների սուր պակաս կա. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Մինչ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու յուր իշխանությունը «գլուխ է գովում», թե իբր ուսուցիչների աշխատավարձերը բարձրացել են «կամավոր ատեստավորման» համակարգի շնորհիվ, պարզվում է՝ իրականությունը լրիվ հակառակի մասին է վկայում: Բացի այն, որ «բարձր» աշխատավարձ ստացողները բավականին քիչ են, միևնույն ժամանակ մանկավարժները լուրջ դժգոհություններ ունեն նշյալ համակարգից:

Բացի այդ, խմբագրությունը ավելի ու ավելի շատ զանգեր է ստանում տարբեր դպրոցներից, որ այսօր ուսուցիչների մեծ պակաս կա: Մեր նախնական ուսումնասիրությունները ևս վկայում են, որ Հայաստանի բազմաթիվ դպրոցներում ուսուցիչների շատ թափուր տեղեր կան: Բավական է հետևել պաշտոնական կայքերին, նաև դպրոցների սոցիալական էջերին, որպեսզի համոզվես, թե ինչքան շատ են հայտարարությունները, որոնք պահանջում են այս կամ այն առարկայի ուսուցիչ:

Խնդիրը սուր է, մասնավորաբար, բնագիտական մասնագիտությունների գծով, չնայած այնպես չէ, որ հումանիտար առարկաների մասով ամեն ինչ նորմալ է: Ընդ որում, ուշագրավ է, որ եթե այս խնդիրը սուր էր մարզերում, հատկապես գյուղական բնակավայրերում, ապա հիմա Երևանում էլ վիճակը բարվոք չէ: Ընդ որում, մեզ հետ զրույցում տարբեր դպրոցների ներկայացուցիչներ նշում էին, որ նույնիսկ վիճակագրական տվյալներն են ապացուցում, որ լուրջ խնդիր կա, սակայն իրականությունն ավելի բարդ է, քան վիճակագրության արտացոլածը: Բանն այն է, որ շատ դպրոցներում չեն կարողանում սերնդափոխություն իրականացնել, կամ փոխարինող գտնել ուսուցիչներին, որոնք ցանկանում են հեռանալ: Արդյունքում թվում է՝ կադրային բազան այդ դպրոցներում ապահովված է, սակայն իրականում այդպես չէ:
