Այս իշխանությունն ու Ալիևը համատեղ ստեղծում են «Հայաստանի 4-րդ Գյոյչայական Հանրապետությունը»․ Վահե Հովհաննիսյան

«Հայաստանի 4-րդ Գյոյչայական Հանրապետությունը»։ Այս մասին գրել է «Այլընտրանքային նախագծեր» խմբի անդամ Վահե Հովհաննիսյանը։

««Գյոյչայի» մասին Ալիևի հայտարարությունն ունի մեկ այլ կարևոր նրբություն. իսկ որտե՞ղ հնչեց այդ միտքը։

Ալիևն այդ հայտարարությունն արեց Ադրբեջանի Գիտությունների Ազգային Ակադեմիայի հիմնադրման 80-ամյակի միջոցառմանը։ Սա մի կողմից Ակադեմիայի կարևորության շեշտումն էր, մյուս կողմից՝ գիտական հանրության առջև դրվող պետական խնդիր։

Ի հակակշիռ՝ Հայաստանում այս իշխանությունը տանում է գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի աստիճանական լուծարման պրոցես։ Նոր օրենսդրական կարգավորմամբ՝ Ակադեմիային տրվում է շարքային ՀԿ-ի կարգավիճակ, որը միջանկյալ քայլ է լինելու լուծարման ճանապարհին։

Ի՞նչն է քաղաքակրթական մրցակցային առավելություն տալիս պետություններին. գիտությունը (այդ թվում՝ Ակադեմիան), օպերան, մշակույթը, կոնսերվատորիան, Մատենադարանը, Էջմիածինը, Արոնյանը, Մխիթարյանը, սպորտը, կինոն և նման այլ բաներ։

«Ակադեմիական քաղաք» ուտոպիստական ծրագրի տակ քանդում են Հայաստանի քաղաքակրթական մրցակցային ռեսուրսը, որը ստեղծվել է բոլոր ժամանակների հայկական էլիտաների ջանքերով. Ռուսական կայսրության, Օսմանյան կայսրության, Խորհրդային միության, Եվրոպական Միության, Արևմուտքի, Արևելքի հայկական մտքի և բազմաթիվ սերունդների ջանքերով։

Այս իշխանությունն իրոք չգիտի՞, թե ինչ է և ինչ ներդրում է ունեցել և ինչ արժեք ունի Գիտությունների ակադեմիան, կոնսերվատորիան, օպերան և այլն և այլն։ Սրանց համար դրանք շենքեր են։

Իրականում այս իշխանությունն ու Ալիևը համատեղ ստեղծում են «Հայաստանի 4-րդ Գյոյչայական Հանրապետությունը», որը բացի կենսական տարածքների կորստից, պետք է դառնա քաղաքակրթական մրցակցային առումով առանց ներուժ՝ անպիտան մի բան։

Մնում է մեր որոշումը՝ որպես 35 տարի անկախ Հայաստանում ապրած, սեփական կենսագրությունն այս երկրի հետ կապած մարդկանց՝ կտրուկ հրաժարվել մեր վզին փաթաթվող՝ մեր երկրի մահվան այս դատավճռից։ Այս ձևակերպումն ու վճռականությունը պետք է տեսնենք իշխանության հայտ ներկայացնող քաղաքական ուժերից և հոսանքներից»։
