Ռուսաստանը 2026 թվականին Իրանում կսկսի Ռեշտ-Աստարա երկաթուղու շինարարությունը

Իրանի ճանապարհների և քաղաքաշինության զարգացման նախարարության ներկայացուցչի խոսքով՝ Ռուսաստանը 2026 թվականի սկզբին կսկսի Իրանի հյուսիսում երկար սպասված երկաթուղային նախագծի կառուցումը, հայտնում է Mehr-ը։

Իրանի ճանապարհների և քաղաքաշինության զարգացման նախարարության (MRUD) միջազգային հարաբերությունների բաժնի ղեկավար Ամին Թարֆան երեքշաբթի օրը հայտարարել է, որ Ռեշտ-Աստարա երկաթուղու համար հողերի ձեռքբերումը, հավանաբար, կավարտվի մինչև 2025 թվականի վերջը, ինչը հնարավորություն կտա ռուս կապալառուին անհապաղ սկսել նախագծի աշխատանքները։ Թարֆան հայտնել է, որ ռուս կապալառուն արդեն իր վերահսկողության տակ է վերցրել նախագծի իրականացման համար ձեռք բերված հողի 35%-ը, հայտնում է Press TV-ն։

Նա հայտնել է, որ ռուսական «Caspian Service» ներդրումային-շինարարական ընկերությունը պատասխանատու կլինի Ռեշտ-Աստարա երկաթուղու կառուցման համար՝ հավելելով, որ նախագծի պատվիրատուն կլինի Իրանի տրանսպորտային ենթակառուցվածքների կառուցման և զարգացման ընկերությունը (CDTIC), որը MRUD-ի (Ճանապարհների և քաղաքաշինության զարգացման նախարարության) դուստր ընկերությունն է։

2026 թվականի սկզբին կսկսի շինարարության մեկնարկը, ինչը կնշանակի, որ Ռուսաստանը պաշտոնապես 1,6 միլիարդ դոլարի վարկ է տրամադրել՝ նախագծի ֆինանսավորման համար, ասել է Թարֆան։

Նա հավելեց, որ Ռուսաստանի կառավարությունը միջոցներն աստիճանաբար կհատկացնի՝ նախագծի իրականացման ընթացքին համապատասխան ձևով։

Իրանի 2025 թվականի հունվարի գնահատականներով՝ երկաթուղու կառուցման համար հողերի ձեռքբերման նպատակով իրեն անհրաժեշտ կլինի ծախսել մոտ 75 միլիոն դոլար։ Նախագծի ֆինանսավորման և կառուցման մասին համաձայնագիրը ստորագրվել է 2023 թվականի մայիսին Իրանի նախկին նախագահ Էբրահիմ Ռաիսիի և Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինի միջև։

Ռուսաստանը 162 կիլոմետրանոց երկաթուղին դիտարկում է որպես «Հյուսիս-Հարավ» միջազգային տրանսպորտային միջանցքի (ՀՀՄՏՄ)՝ Հնդկական օվկիանոսը Բալթիկ ծովին միացնող խոշոր առևտրային երթուղու առանցքային օղակ։

Որոշ փորձագետներ կարծում են, որ այն կարող է նույնիսկ մրցակցել Սուեզի ջրանցքի հետ։ Թարֆան նաև հայտարարել է, որ Իրանը ռուսական վարկը կմարի 10 տարվա ընթացքում՝ 3% տոկոսադրույքով։
