ԱՄՆ-ն ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդին առաջարկել է միջազգային ուժեր տեղակայել Գազայում․ Axios

ԱՄՆ պաշտոնյաները երկուշաբթի օրը ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդի (ԱԽ) մի շարք երկրներին բանաձևի նախագիծ են ներկայացրել, որի համաձայն՝ միջազգային կայունացման ուժերը Գազայի հատվածում կգործեն առնվազն երկու տարի։ Այս մասին հայտնել է Axios պորտալը, որի լրագրողները ծանոթացել են փաստաթղթին։

Ինչպես նշվում է հրապարակման մեջ, նախագիծը նախատեսում է «ԱՄՆ-ին և մասնակից այլ երկրներին լայն լիազորություններ տրամադրել Գազայի հատվածը կառավարելու և անվտանգությունն ապահովելու համար մինչև 2027 թվականի վերջը՝ երկարաձգման հնարավորությամբ»։ Ամերիկացի պաշտոնյան պարզաբանել է, որ փաստաթուղթը առաջիկա օրերին կքննարկվի ՄԱԿ-ի Անվտանգության խորհրդում։ Վաշինգտոնի վարչակազմը ցանկանում է, որ բանաձևի քվեարկությունը տեղի ունենա ավելի ուշ, իսկ միջազգային ուժերի տեղափոխումը դեպի պաղեստինյան անկլավ սկսվի մինչև հունվար։

Փաստաթղթի նախագիծը նախատեսում է միջազգային ուժերի ձևավորում, որոնք «ապահովելու են Գազայի հատվածի սահմանների անվտանգությունը Իսրայելի և Եգիպտոսի հետ, պաշտպանելու են քաղաքացիական անձանց և մարդասիրական միջանցքները, վերապատրաստելու են նոր պաղեստինյան ոստիկանություն, որի հետ հետագայում կկարողանան համագործակցել, հայտնել է պորտալը։ Այս ուժերը նաև պատասխանատու կլինեն «Գազայի հատվածի ապառազմականացման համար, ներառյալ ռազմական, ահաբեկչական և հարձակողական ենթակառուցվածքների ոչնչացումը և վերականգնման կանխարգելումը», ինչպես նաև անկլավում գործող խմբավորումներից զենքի բռնագրավումը։

Սեպտեմբերի 29-ին Սպիտակ տունը հրապարակել է ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի «համապարփակ ծրագիրը», որն ուղղված է Գազայի հակամարտության կարգավորմանը։ Փաստաթուղթը բաղկացած է 20 կետից և նախատեսում է, մասնավորապես, պաղեստինյան անկլավում ժամանակավոր արտաքին կառավարման ներդրում և միջազգային կայունացման ուժերի տեղակայում։ Հոկտեմբերի 9-ին հակամարտող կողմերը ստորագրել են Թրամփի խաղաղության ծրագրի առաջին փուլի իրականացման մասին համաձայնագիրը։ Հոկտեմբերի 10-ին ուժի մեջ է մտել Գազայում հրադադարի մասին համաձայնագիրը։
