Սևանը Գյոյչա չպետք է դառնա. 2026-ին Փաշինյան վարչապետ չպետք է լինի․ Էդմոն Մարուքյան

Իլհամ Ալիևն այսօր կրկին պնդել է՝ ադրբեջանցիները պետք է վերադառնան Հայաստան, ընդգծելով՝ դա չպետք է վախեցնի հայ ժողովրդին և պետությանը։ Ելույթ ունենալով Ադրբեջանի գիտությունների ազգային ակադեմիայի հիմնադրման 80-ամյակին նվիրված միջոցառմանը՝ Ադրբեջանի առաջնորդը վստահեցրել է՝ իր ժողովուրդը «որոշների նման» անջատողականության հակված չէ և ծաղկեցնում է այն հողը, ուր բնակվում է։

«Մեր ժողովուրդը ներդրում է ունեցել այն երկրների պետականության մեջ, որտեղ ապրում է, և այսօր էլ ոչ մի երկրում ադրբեջանցիները խնդիրներ չեն ստեղծում և չեն ստեղծի որևէ պետության կամ որևէ այլ ժողովրդի համար։ Հետևաբար, ադրբեջանցիների վերադարձը ժամանակակից Հայաստան չպետք է վախեցնի հայ ժողովրդին և պետությանը», - հայտարարել է Ալիևը:

Խոսելով վերադարձի մասին՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը կրկնել է նախկինում հնչեցրած իր միտքը, թե ադրբեջանցիները Հայաստան պետք է վերադառնան «ոչ թե տանկերով, այլ՝ մեքենաներով»։ Միայն թե այս անգամ Ալիևը հատուկ հանձնարարական է տվել ադրբեջանցի գիտնականներին ու պետական կառույցներին՝ «աշխատել դրան հասնելու համար»։

«Ցավոք, տարիներ շարունակ հայկական կողմը և սփյուռքը խեղաթյուրել են մեր պատմությունը, և այս քարոզչությունը շարունակվում է։ Մենք պետք է դրանց հակադրենք մեր գիտական ճշմարտությունները։ 20-րդ դարի սկզբի հին ռուսական կայսերական քարտեզները հստակ ցույց են տալիս, որ տարածքում գրեթե բոլոր տեղանունները, ասօրվա Հայաստանի բոլոր շրջանները ադրբեջանական ծագում ունեն. Սևանա լիճ չկա, կա Գոյչա», - ասել է Ալիևը:

Չնայած խաղաղության մասին հայտարարություններին ու Վաշինգտոնում անցած օգոստոսին ստորագրված փաստաթղթերին՝ Ադրբեջանի նախագահը կրկին մեղադրանքներ է հնչեցրել հայերի հասցեին ու պնդել, թե Ադրբեջանը 44-օրյա պատերազմում տարել է աննախադեպ, «փայլուն, ամբողջական և բացարձակ հաղթանակ»։

«Մեր գիտնականները պետք է աշխատեն պատմական ճշմարտությունները տարածելու ուղղությամբ», - նշել է Ալիևը, որի խոսքով՝ Ադրբեջանը դարերի պատմություն ունի, իսկ հայերը Իրանից են բերվել՝ ռուսների ձեռքով. - «Մենք չենք ստեղծել այս քարտեզները. դրանք կազմել է ցարական Ռուսաստանը, որը հայերին Իրանից և Արևելյան Անատոլիայից բերել, վերաբնակեցրել է Ղարաբաղում՝ էթնիկ կազմը փոխելու համար։ Այս քարտեզներն արտացոլում են պատմական ճշմարտությունը։ Մենք պետք է ուսումնասիրենք և տարածենք դրանք»։

Պնդելով, թե Ադրբեջանի պետականությունը դարերի պատմություն ունի, Ալիևը հանձնարարել է գիտնականներին «ավելացնել Ադրբեջանի պատմությունը ուսումնասիրող, փառաբանող գիտական աշխատանքները»։
