Փաշինյանը «խաղաղությունը» վերածել է ընտրական շանտաժի

Հայաստանի վարչապետ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը Փարիզում, Խաղաղության 8-րդ ֆորումի ընթացքում, հայտարարեց, որ 2026 թվականի ընտրությունները կարևոր են խաղաղության գործընթացի համար։ Նա ընդգծեց, որ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում իր առաջնորդած «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրը» կստանա Հայաստանի քաղաքացիների աջակցությունը՝ անկախ առկա մարտահրավերներից։

«Ես վստահ եմ, որ Հայաստանի քաղաքացիները կաջակցեն այն, ինչին մենք մինչ այժմ հասել ենք։ Կան տարատեսակ մտահոգություններ, կապված ապատեղեկատվության հետ, բայց ընդհանուր առմամբ կասկած չունեմ, որ ժողովուրդը կաջակցի խաղաղության օրակարգին և հաստատված խաղաղությանը», — ասել է Փաշինյանը։

Ամեն դեպքում, ինչպես վերլուծաբանները նկատում են, վարչապետը խաղաղության գործընթացը վերածել է ընտրական շանտաժի՝ հանրությանը վախի միջոցով ազդելու համար. քաղաքացիներին մեղադրում է անորոշության և նոր պատերազմի հնարավորության մեջ, եթե չընտրեն իրեն ու «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիրն»։ 44-օրյա պատերազմում ծանր վնասներ կրած պետության քաղաքացիները, բնականաբար, զգում են այդ վախը, ուստի Փաշինյանի այս մոտեցումը դարձել է արդյունավետ՝ իր իշխանությունը պահպանելու տեսանկյունից։

Ըստ վերլուծաբանների, իրականում խաղաղությունը Հայաստանի համար ոչ թե Փաշինյանի, այլ հասարակության և միջազգային միջնորդների ձեռքում է։ Փաշինյանը փորձառական կերպով այն ներկայացնում է որպես իր ձեռքբերում՝ ընտրական գործընթացում շանտաժի գործիք օգտագործելով, ինչը պետք է հանրությանը ներկայացնել իրականության համատեքստում՝ թույլ չտալու համար, որ խաղաղության դիսկուրսը ծառայություն մատուցի նրա վերարտադրման նպատակներին։
