Տարեցները Հայաստանում բառացիորեն խավարի եզրին են. Հրայր Կամենդատյան

Հրայր Կամենդատյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է. 

Հայաստանում այսօր հազարավոր տարեց մարդիկ կուրանում են ոչ թե բնությունից, այլ պետական անտարբերությունից։

Կատարակտը՝ աչքի բյուրեղային ոսպնյակի մթագնումը, մեր ծնողների ու պապերի շրջանում դարձել է համատարած։
65 տարեկանից բարձր մարդկանց մոտ յուրաքանչյուր երկուսից մեկը ունի կատարակտի նշաններ։
80 տարեկանից բարձրերի շրջանում՝ գրեթե բոլորը։

Բայց նրանց մեծ մասը չի բուժվում։ Ինչո՞ւ։

Որովհետև մեկ աչքի վիրահատությունը արժե 250․000–900․000 դրամ, իսկ միջին թոշակը ընդամենը 49․000 դրամ է։
Այսինքն՝ մեր պետությունում տեսողությունը բառացիորեն արժե մեկ տարվա թոշակ։

Իսկ նրանք, ովքեր ամեն օր աղոթում են՝ «մի քիչ էլ տեսնեմ թոռանս դեմքը», մնում են խավարի մեջ։

Այո, պետությունը հայտարարում է՝ իբր «անվճար վիրահատություններ կան», բայց դրանք սահմանափակ են, և հազարավոր մարդիկ սպասում են հերթի՝ առանց տեսնելու գարունը, իրենց տունը, կամ սեփական երեխայի դեմքը։
Սա սոցիալական խարան է՝ ոչ միայն առողջապահական խնդիր։

Երբ մի հասարակություն թողնում է, որ իր ծերերը կուրանան ոչ թե տարիքից, այլ անօգնականությունից,
այն կորցնում է ոչ միայն տեսողությունը, այլ նաև խիղճը։

Հայաստանում cataract վիրահատության արժեքը մոտավորապես գտնվում է 230,000 → 900,000+ դրամ միջակայքում (կախված հիվանդանոցից, ոսպնյակից, բարդությունից)։

Այս գումարը վիրահատության միայն հիմնական շերտն է։ Հնարավոր են լրացուցիչ ծախսեր՝ նախավիրահատական հետազոտություններ, ստենտ/ոչ ստանդարտ ոսպնյակներ, վերականգնողական դեղեր, հետվիրահատական վերահսկողություն։

Եթե ընտրվում են բարձրակարգ ոսպնյակներ (օրինակ՝ մուլտիֆոկալ կամ տորպիկ IOL) կամ կա բարդություն, արժեքը կարող է զգալիորեն բարձրանալ։

Եթե մենք համադրում ենք թոշակառուի եկամտի հետ , ապա՝ եթե արժեքը մոտ 230-900 հազար դրամ է, ապա դա համեմատաբար 4-18 ամսվա միջին թոշակ է (≈49,000 դրամ/ամիս)։

Ինչ է պետք անել։ Որպես առաջին քայլ պետք է 50% ֊ով բարձրացնել թոշակները։ Մարդիկ պետք է չզրկվեն աչքի լույսից։
