Բոլոր բենզալցակայանները վերազինման արդյունքում պետք է համապատասխանեն նոր անվտանգության պահանջներին

Հայաստանում 2026թ հունվարի 1-ից սահմանվում է նոր պահանջ, ըստ որի՝ նախկինում կառուցված և ներկայումս շահագործվող բոլոր բենզալցակայանները վերազինման և վերակառուցման միջոցով իրենց օբյեկտները պետք է համապատասխանեցնեն ընդունված նոր տեխնիկական անվտանգության պահանջներին:

«Արմենպրես»-ի հաղորդմամբ՝ այս մասին ԱԺ-ում ասաց Քաղաքաշինության, տեխնիկական և հրդեհային անվտանգության տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավար Գարեգին Խաչատրյանը՝ անդրադառնալով «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր» խմբակցության պատգամավոր Արուսյակ Մանավազյանի հարցին: 

Արուսյակ Մանավազյանը նկատեց՝ բենզլացակայնները տեղադրված են Երևանում հենց մայթերի վրա, մոտակա շինությունների համար հնարավոր բոլոր վտանգները կան: Նա հետաքրքրվեց, թե համապատասխան օրենքում փոփոխությունից հետո ի՞նչ արդյունքներ կան: 

Մանավազյանը նշեց, որ փոփոխությունները շատ մեծ են: 

«Տեսչական մարմնի կողմից նախորդ ժամանակահատվածում կասեցվել է 276 բենզալցակայանի գործունեություն, որից 71-ը գործընկեր գերատեսչությունների հետ համատեղ իրականացված աշխատանքների արդյունքում ապամոնտաժվել է: Եթե այս ցուցանիշը համեմատենք դրան նախորդող 30 տարիների կատարած աշխատանքի ցուցանիշի հետ, ապա հստակ կպատկերացնենք աշխատանքի ծավալի մեծությունը»,-ասաց Խաչատրյանը:

Նա նշեց, որ լիազոր մարմնի՝ ՆԳՆ-ի կողմից այս տարի ընդունվել է ենթաօրենսդրական նորմատիվ ակտ, որով սահմանվել են բենզալցակայանների նոր տեխնիկական պահանջներ: Դա ուժի մեջ կմտնի 2026թ հունվարի 1-ին: 

«Ենթաօրենսդրական նորմատիվ ակտով նախատեսվում է, որ 1 տարվա ընթացքում նախկինում կառուցված և ներկայումս շահագործվող բոլոր բենզալցակայանները վերազինման և վերակառուցման միջոցով իրենց օբյեկտները պետք է համապատասխանեցնեն ընդունված նոր տեխնիկական անվտանգության պահանջներին»,-ասաց տեսչական մարմնի ղեկավարը:
