Խոսուն թվեր. ովքե՞ր են «տոն տալիս» Հայաստանի տնտեսությունում. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Թե ինչ կառուցվածք ու բովանդակություն ունի Հայաստանի տնտեսությունը, բավականին մեծ տեղեկություն է տալիս 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկը: Վերջին տվյալներով, այն է՝ առաջին ինն ամիսների կտրվածքով ամենաակնառու փոփոխություններից մեկն այն է, որ, ինչպես և սպասվում էր, առաջատարների եռյակ է վերադարձել Զանգեզուրի պղնձամոլիբդենային կոմբինատը՝ վճարած 36,2 մլրդ դրամով: Հիշեցնենք, որ դեռ ապրիլին ընկերությունից տեղեկացրել էին, որ «տարեկան կտրվածքով, անկասկած, ընկերությունը նորից կգրավի առաջնային դիրքեր 1000 խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկում»։ Ըստ մասնագետների հաշվարկների, տարեվերջի արդյունքներով հարկատուների ցանկում ԶՊՄԿ-ի դիրքերն առավել բարձր են լինելու, ինչպես եղել է տարիներ շարունակ:

Տնտեսության կառուցվածքի առումով ամենաբնորոշիչ տվյալներից մեկն այն է, որ խոշոր հարկատուների ցանկը գլխավորում է տեխնիկայի ներմուծմամբ, վաճառքով ու արտահանմամբ զբաղվող ընկերություն: Խոսքը «Մոբայլ սենթրի» մասին է: Այստեղ պետք է նշել, որ այս ոլորտի մեկ այլ կազմակերպություն՝ «Փրիթի ուեյը», նույնպես «վերևներում» է, մասնավորաբար՝ 14-րդ տեղում:

Հաջորդ ուշագրավ ցուցանիշը վերաբերում է բանկերին: Խոշոր հարկատուների առաջին հիսնյակում միանգամից 8 բանկ է: Համեմատության համար նշենք, որ ճիշտ այդքան էլ արտադրության ոլորտի ընկերություններն են: Ոչ պակաս հետաքրքիր է, որ հիսնյակում սննդի արտադրությամբ զբաղվող միայն երկու ընկերություն է՝ «Գրանդ Քենդին»՝ մոտ 6,5 մլրդ դրամ վճարած հարկով, և մսամթերքի ոլորտի բացարձակ առաջատար «Աթենք» ընկերությունը՝ մոտ 5,8 մլրդ դրամով: Ի դեպ, նշենք, որ վերջինս կառուցել է նոր գործարան, որը համարվում է տարածաշրջանի ամենամեծ և տեխնոլոգիապես ամենահագեցած արտադրական համալիրը։ Ընկերությունը նախատեսում է մինչև տարեվերջ աշխատատեղերի թիվը հասցնել 1500-ի, իսկ աշխատակիցների միջին աշխատավարձը՝ մինչև 410 հազար դրամի։

Ինչ վերաբերում է «կոմունալ ծառայություններին», ապա «Գազպրոմ Արմենիան», ինչպես նախորդ տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածում, այս տարի ևս 4-րդ տեղում է (այս տարվա առաջին կիսամյակում գլխավորում էր ցանկը), ՀԷՑ-ը ևս մնացել է նույն՝ 18-րդ հորիզոնականում, իսկ «Վեոլիա ջուրը» 45-րդն է (2024 թ. հունվար-սեպտեմբերին՝ 43): Ինչպես միշտ, լավագույն հիսնյակում են նաև կապի երեք օպերատորները՝ «Վիվա Արմենիան», «Յուքոմը» և «Տելեկոմ Արմենիան»: Ի դեպ, վերջին երկուսը անցած տարվա նույն ժամանակահատվածի համեմատ ավելացրել են վճարած հարկերը, մասնավորաբար՝ «Յուքոմը» մոտ 1,1 մլրդ դրամով, «Տելեկոմ Արմենիան»՝ մոտ 1,6 մլրդ դրամով:
