Մեր հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքում այսօր ամենակարևոր հարցերը դառնում են երկրորդական, քանի որ քաղաքական էլիտաները հիմնականում զբաղված են սեփական շահերով․ Մհեր Ավետիսյան

Մհեր Ավետիսյանը ֆեյսբուքյան իր էջում գրել է․ 

Հայաստանի վարչապետը լրջագույն մեղադրանքներ է ներկայացնում Ամենայն Հայոց կաթողիկոսի նկատմամբ։ Սակայն այս ամենում կա ամենակարևոր հարցադրումը՝ որտե՞ղ է հայ ժողովուրդը, որտե՞ղ է Հայաստանի հասարակությունը։

Հասարակությունը կամ պետք է սատարի վարչապետին՝ հավատալով նրա մեղադրանքներին և պահանջելով Վեհափառ հորից ազատելու Վեհարանը, կամ պետք է կանգնի Վեհափառի կողքին՝ չհավատալով վարչապետի մեղադրանքներին և պահանջելով վարչապետից, որ դադարեցնի վարկաբեկել ու վատաբանել Վեհափառ հորը։

Բայց այսօր հասարակությունը չկա։ Անտարբեր է։

Յուրաքանչյուրը փակվել է իր առօրյայի, իր հոգսերի մեջ։

Սա է այն ամենավտանգավոր երևույթը, որը պետք է խորապես մտահոգի Հայաստանի քաղաքական էլիտաներին։
Քաղաքական էլիտաները պետք է անկեղծորեն հարց տան իրենց՝ ինչո՞ւ է մեր հասարակությունը դարձել այդքան անտարբեր, ինչո՞ւ ժողովուրդը չի արձագանքում, երբ վտանգի տակ են իր ամենասրբազան արժեքները՝ Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցին, հավատքը, ինքնությունը։

Ես բազմիցս կոչ եմ արել մեր այսպես կոչված քաղաքական էլիտաներին՝ զբաղվեք հասարակության անտարբերության խնդրով, սկսեք լուրջ քննարկումներ՝ հասկանալու համար, թե ինչն է կոտրել, հիասթափեցրել մեր ժողովրդին։
 
Անտարբեր հասարակությունը չի կարող կառուցել անվտանգ, բարեկեցիկ և արդար պետություն։
 
Եթե այսօր մենք շարունակում ենք ապրել այս փակվածության ու հուսահատության վիճակում, վաղը կկանգնենք ճակատագրական փաստի առաջ, երբ արդեն ուշ կլինի հարցեր տալ, և ստիպված կլինենք դիմակայել շատ ավելի մեծ մարտահրավերների։

Մեր հասարակական-քաղաքական կյանքում այսօր ամենակարևոր հարցերը դառնում են երկրորդական,
քանի որ քաղաքական էլիտաները հիմնականում զբաղված են սեփական շահերով։

Ես գիտեմ և ունեմ իմ հիմնավորումները՝ ինչու է մեր հասարակությունը հիասթափված և անտարբեր։ Շատ շուտով դրանք կներկայացնեմ հանրությանը։
 
Բայց մինչ այդ՝ կրկին կոչ եմ անում.
 
Դարձնենք սա հանրային քննարկման լուրջ թեմա։
 
Հասկանանք՝ ինչն է պատճառը մեր ժողովրդի հոգնածության, հիասթափության և լռության։

Միասին փորձենք մեր ժողովրդին վերադարձնել իր հույսը՝ խոսքով, գործով, հավատքով։

Քանի դեռ մենք չենք քննարկում այս հարցը, քանի դեռ չենք ընդունում ճշմարտությունը, Հայաստանը չի կարող առաջ գնալ։
