Երբ «գործակալն» ուրիշներին մեղադրում է գործակալ լինելու մեջ

Նախկինում մեկ անգամ չէ, որ կանխատեսել ենք, որ խորհրդարանական նստաշրջանին գործող իշխանությունները չափազանց ագրեսիվ են լինելու ընդդիմադիր պատգամավորների նկատմամբ։ Նախընտրական փուլում Փաշինյանը ամեն ինչ անելու է, որպեսզի հանրությանը ցույց տա, թե հենց ինքն է վերահսկում իրավիճակը, և սեփական վախերն էլ թաքցնելու համար առաջնահերթ հարձակումներ գործի ընդդիմության վրա։ Ինչպես և սպասելի էր, ընդդիմության դեմ իր պայքարում Փաշինյանն օգտագործելու է «նախկիններ-ներկաներ» եզրույթը, ինչպես նաև գործող իշխանությունները գործող խորհրդարանական ընդդիմությանը մեղադրելու են օտարերկրյա գործակալ լինելու մեջ։

Հենց երեկ խորհրդարանում կառավարության հետ հարցուպատասխանի ժամանակ Փաշինյանը հայտարարել է, որ շատ ինֆորմացիայի են տիրապետում, որ մեր ընդդիմության մի հսկայական կամ ամենաակտիվ հատվածի խոսույթները և քաղաքականությունները մշակվում են Հայաստանից դուրս։ «Իրենք ներքաղաքական կյանքի հետ ոչ մի կապ չունեն, իրենց կապը արտաքին օրակարգերի հետ է, և իրենք արտաքին քաղաքականության ներքին արգելակներն են, այսպես ասենք։ Ընդիմության սեգմենտում մենք ունենք ընդամենը արտաքին էմիսարներ, որոնք կատարում են արտաքին հանձնարարություններ՝ բառիս բուն, ուղիղ իմաստով, և դա, կարծում եմ, ակնհայտ է»,- հայտարարել է Փաշինյանը, պնդելով, որ ընդդիմության արտաքին հովանավորները քննարկում են մեկ հարց՝ Հայաստանը պե՞տք է լինի անկախ պետություն, թե՞ չպետք է լինի։

Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանն այս կերպ փորձում է տպավորություն ստեղծել, թե միայն իր ղեկավարած ուժն է պայքարում Հայաստանի ինքնիշխանության և անկախության համար, իսկ մյուսները դեմ են թե՛ ինքնիշխանությանը և թե՛ անկախությանը։ Սա գործող իշխանությունների հերթական կեղծ թեզերից մեկն է։ Հայաստանի ոչ մի ղեկավար երկրի ինքնիշխանության և անկախության հետ այնպիսի ծանր խաղեր չի խաղացել, ինչպես փաշինյանական իշխանությունը՝ ավելի մեծ կախվածության մեջ դնելով թե՛ նույն Ռուսաստանից և թե՛ Արևմուտքից, այժմ էլ արդեն հարևան թշնամական պետություններից։ Բայց գործող իշխանություններին Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի գլխավորությամբ առայժմ հաջողվում է հասարակության մի որոշ սեգմենտի ուշադրությունը շեղել նման վտանգավոր հայտարարություններով։
