Վարչախմբի գործելաոճը պետական ահաբեկչության երանգներ է ստանում

Հոկտեմբերի 20-ին ՀՀ հարյուրավոր քաղաքացիներ հավաքվել էին Գյումրու համայնքապետարանի մերձակա տարածքում՝ իրենց բողոքն արտահայտելու Գյումրու համայնքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանի հանդեպ քրեական գործ հարուցելու և այդ գործի շրջանակներում, սահմանված ընթացակարգերի խախտմամբ, նրան բիրտ ուժով բերման ենթարկելու կապակցությամբ։

Հարյուրավոր քաղաքացիներ բողոքում էին նրա դեմ, որ Փաշինյանի վարչախումբը, այս էլ որերորդ անգամ, անթաքույց քաղաքական հաշվեհարդար է տեսնում ժողովրդի կողմից ընտրված ՏԻՄ ղեկավարների նկատմամբ։
Բողոքի խաղաղ ակցիա իրականացնող բազմաթիվ քաղաքացիների հանդեպ այդ օրը կիրառվեց բիրտ ու անհամաչափ ոստիկանական ուժ։ Ձերբակալվել, իսկ այնուհետև դատարանների հապճեպ և չհիմնավորված որոշումներով` կալանավորվել են տասնյակ քաղաքացիներ, որոնց մեծագույն մասը ո՛չ որևէ բռնի գործողություններ է կատարել, ո՛չ խոչընդոտել իրավապահ մարմինների գործունեությանը, ո՛չ էլ առավել ևս մասնակցել նախապես կազմակերպված զանգվածային անկարգությունների։ Ակնհայտ է, որ հերթական անգամ գործ ունենք իրավական ամենաթողության, իրավապահ մարմինները քաղաքական ընդդիմախոսներին ասպարեզից հեռացնելու համար օգտագործելու հետ, որը սկսում է անթաքույց պետական ահաբեկչության երանգներ ստանալ։

•«ՀայաՔվե» ազգային քաղաքացիական միավորումը խստորեն դատապարտում է Հայաստանի իշխող վարչախմբի այս հակաօրինական ու հակամարդկային գործողությունները, այս ամենը համարում ժողովրդավարությունը գերեզմանող և Հայաստանը խավարամիտ բռնապետության տանող պետական ահաբեկչություն, որի նպատակը առաջիկա խորհրդարանական ընտրություններից առաջ ընդդիմությանը ճնշելը, ազատ խոսքը լռեցնելն ու ժողովրդին ահաբեկելն է։
