Վաղարշապատում ՔՊ-ն չի կարողանալու հաղթել. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Նոյեմբերի 16-ին տեղի են ունենալու Վաղարշապատ համայնքի ավագանու ընտրություններ։ Քաղաքական ուժերը բավական ակտիվորեն նախապատրաստվում են դրանց: Երեկ արդեն տարբեր տեղեկություններ էինք ստանում, որ իշխող ուժը խախտումներով է սկսել քարոզարշավը:

Երեկ մեկնարկեց նաև «Հայրենիք» կուսակցության քարոզարշավը։ Կուսակցության քաղաքապետի թեկնածուն Խաչիկ Մանուկյանն է, որը քարոզարշավի մեկնարկը սկսել է Եռաբլուր այցից։ Մանուկյանը կասկած չունի, որ այս ընտրություններում իշխանությունն օգտագործելու է վարչական ռեսուրս։ «Կցանկանայի, որ չարության ռեսուրսները չկիրառեին, այնպես չանեին, որ մեր ժողովուրդը վերջնականապես հիասթափվեր բոլոր նրանցից, ովքեր այսօր ստանձնել են երկրում իշխանության ղեկը։ Չնայած իշխանություն չկա, նրանք օտարի շահերը սպասարկողներն են»։

Ընտրվելու պարագայում որո՞նք են լինելու Մանուկյանի համար առաջնահերթ հարցերը։ «Պետք է կարողանանք հնարավորինս լուծել մարդկանց առջև ծառացած սոցիալական խնդիրները։ Գյուղական համայնքներում բազմաթիվ խնդիրներ ունենք՝ գյուղատնտեսներ, անասնաբույժներ չունենալուց մինչև խորհրդատուներ, որոնք կկարողանան այնպիսի բիզնես ծրագիր կազմել, որպեսզի գյուղացին ֆինանսական կորուստներ չունենա։

Պետք է աջակցենք արցախահայերին, որոնք լրջագույն խնդիրների առաջ են կանգնած։ Չբացառելով Արցախ մեր վերադարձը՝ նրանք պետք է զգան, որ հարազատ հողում են»։

«Հայրենիք» կուսակցության նախագահ Արթուր Վանեցյանը բարձր է գնահատում իրենց թեկնածուի շանսերը։ Հաղթանակը կարևորում է, բայց նշում է՝ վերջին հինգ-վեց տարում իր նպատակը մեկն է՝ իշխանազրկել ՔՊ-ին։ «Դա պետք է անենք նաև Վաղարշապատում։ Նոյեմբերի 16-ին փաստելու ենք, որ ՔՊ-ն չկարողացավ Վաղարշապատում վերցնել իշխանությունը։ Պատրաստ ենք համագործակցել ցանկացած ընդդիմադիր ուժի հետ, բայց ամեն ինչ անելու ենք առավելագույն ձայներ ստանալու համար։ Վստահ եմ՝ մեր թիմի վրա։ Այս ընտրություններով վաղարշապատցին պետք է ապացուցի, որ այն քաղաքական ուժը, որն արշավ է սկսել Եկեղեցու դեմ, չի կարող անգամ մեկ ձայն ստանալ ողջ հայության հոգևոր մայրաքաղաքում»,-ասաց Վանեցյանը։

Ընդգծեց՝ որքան էլ իշխանությունը փորձի կիրառել վարչական ռեսուրս, իրենք վստահ են՝ նրանք որևէ արդյունքի չեն հասնելու. «ՔՊ կուսակցությունը Վաղարշապատում, կասեի՝ ողջ Հայաստանի տարածքում, այնքան ցածր վարկանիշ ունի, որ անգամ վարչական ռեսուրսի կիրառման պարագայում իրեն չի հաջողվելու հաղթանակ գրանցել։ Կարող են մեկ բան անել՝ գործի դնել իրավապահ համակարգը, սկսել ապօրինի ձերբակալություններ, որոնց ականատես ենք լինում վերջին շրջանում։ Բայց մենք ամուր ենք, վստահ մեր հաղթանակի հարցում»։
