Հանքարդյունաբերության և մետալուրգիայի ասոցիացիան ՏԿԵՆ-ում քննարկել է CRIRSCO-ին միանալու հարցը

Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության և մետալուրգիայի ասոցիացիան Տարածքային կառավարման և ենթակառուցվածքների նախարարությունում անցկացրեց աշխատանքային խմբի նիստ։

Ասոցիացիայի նախագահ Վարդան Ջհանյանը ՏԿԵ նախարարի տեղակալ Ասատուր Վարդանյանին և մյուս գործընկերներին ներկայացրեց հոկտեմբերի 3-4-ը Ծաղկաձորում կայացած Mining Armenian Fօrum-ի ընթացքում ասոցիացիայի և նախարարության միջև կնքված հուշագրի մանրամասները։

 

Քննարկվեցին CRIRSCO ստանդարտնեերին Հայաստանի անցման հնարավոր տարբերակները։

Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության և մետալուրգիայի նախագահը նշեց, որ ներկայում կառավարությունը քննարկում է «Օգտակար հանածոների պաշարների միջազգայն հաշվետվողականության ստանդարտների կոմիտեի»՝ CRIRSCO, չափանիշներին անցնելու հարցը։

 

CRIRSCO-ն մշակում և խթանում է երկրաբանահետախուզական աշխատանքների արդյունքների, ինչպես նաև պինդ օգտակար հանածոների պաշարների և ռեսուրսների վերաբերյալ հրապարակային հաշվետվությունների ներկայացման միասնական ստանդարտները։

 

Հայաստանում CRIRSCO-ի ստանդարտներին անցումը դիտարկվում է որպես ռազմավարական քայլ, որն ուղղված է միջազգային պահանջներին հաշվետվությունների ազգային համակարգի ներդաշնակեցմանը, ինչը թույլ կտա ապահովել տվյալների համադրելիությունը, բարձրացնել թափանցիկությունը, ոլորտի նկատմամբ ներդրողների և բիզնես համայնքների վստահությունը։

 

Քննարկվող նախաձեռնությունը սերտորեն կապված է կառավարության ընդունած՝ մինչև 2035 թ․ Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության զարգացման ռազմավարության հետ, որի հիմնական նպատակներից է միջազգային չափորոշիչների ներդրումը ոլորտում։

 

Վարդան Ջհանյանը ներկաներին տրամադրեց ասոցիացիայի պատրաստած վերլուծությունը հետևյալի վերաբերյալ․

Հայստանի՝ CRIRSCO-ին անդամակցելու ընթացակարգը,

CRIRSCO-ի հաշվետվական ստանդարտների ներդրումը Հայաստանի հանքարդյունաբերության օրենսդրության մեջ,

CRIRSCO-ին անցում կատարելուն առնչվող առաջարկություններ։
