«Քաղպայմանագրի» վարկանիշը Գյումրիում ավելի է ընկնելու

Գյումրիում քաղաքապետ Վարդան Ղուկասյանի դեմ գործողություն իրականացնելիս Փաշինյանը բավականին լուրջ մտահոգություններ է ունեցել։ Առանց այն էլ նրա վարկանիշը չափազանց ցածր է Գյումրիում, և դա ցույց տվեցին նաև ՏԻՄ ընտրությունները, իսկ այժմ եղած վարկանիշն էլ կարող է ավելի զրոյացվել, եթե գյումրեցիները դա ընկալեն որպես հենց հատուկ իրենց քաղաքի դեմ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի կողմից արված օպերացիա։

Հիշեցնենք, որ Փաշինյանն ավելի վաղ կալանավորել էր Միքայել սրբազանին, ինչը ևս գյումրեցիների մոտ չափազանց վատ էր ընկալվել։ Այժմ էլ օրինականորեն ընտրված քաղաքապետին են կալանավորում, իսկ գյումրեցիները, որոնք մշտապես պատվախնդիր են և որոշակի խանդով են վերաբերվում իրենց կարգավիճակին, նույնիսկ մրցակցության մեջ են մտնում երբեմն Երևանի հետ, Փաշինյանի և նրա թիմին պարզապես տանել չեն կարողանում։ Առանց այն էլ Գյումրիում լուրեր են շրջանառվում, թե Փաշինյանն ատում է գյումրեցիներին, որովհետև գյումրեցիները լոյալ չեն նրա նկատմամբ։ Ուստի գործ սարքելու գործընթացը քաղաքապետի դեմ բավական երկար և լայն է մշակվել․ փող, լուրջ ռեսուրսներ են կենտրոնացվել, ընդհուպ՝ օդից արված ձայնագրություններ։ Այդուհանդերձ, երեկ տեղի ունեցած գործողությունը, երբ Վարդան Ղուկասյանն իրեն ավելի պատվախնդիր և արժանապատիվ դրսևորեց, քան ոստիկանական ու հատուկ ծառայությունների ողջ համակարգը, ըստ էության, փաշինյանական թիմին խուճապի է մատնել։

Նա ինքն էլ հասկանում է, որ խորհրդարանական ընտրություններում ամբողջությամբ կորցնելու են Գյումրին։ Եվ չի բացառվում, որ առաջիկայում Փաշինյանը ինքը այցելի Գյումրի, քիչ թե շատ անուն ունեցող ինչ-որ մարդկանց հետ գտնի, որոնց հետ կարողանա քայլել Գյումրիում, նկարվել, ցույց տալ, թե իբր սիրում է Հայաստանի երկրորդ քաղաքը։ Բայց բանն այն է, որ դա որևէ կերպ նրան լրացուցիչ կռվաններ չի տալու։
