Ի՞նչ երթուղով է Ռուսաստանի նախագահը մեկնելու Հունգարիա՝ Թրամփի հետ բանակցություններ վարելու համար․ Air Live

Ռուսաստանի նախագահ Վլադիմիր Պուտինը, ինչպես սպասվում է, Հունգարիայում կհանդիպի ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի հետ, բայց ինչպե՞ս կկարողանա Պուտինի ինքնաթիռը հասնել Բուդապեշտ՝ չունենալով Եվրոպական միության օդային տարածք մուտքի թույլտվություն: Այս հարցն է բարձրացնում Air Live կայքը։

Ինչպես ընդգծում է ԶԼՄ-ն, ԵՄ-ի կողմից շարունակվող պատժամիջոցների և Ռուսաստանի նկատմամբ օդային տարածքի սահմանափակումների պատճառով, ռուսական կառավարական ինքնաթիռներին, ներառյալ նախագահական Իլ-96-ին, արգելված է թռչել Եվրոպայի մեծ մասի օդային տարածքով։

Սա նշանակում է, որ Պուտինի երթուղին դեպի Հունգարիա պետք է անցնի ԵՄ անդամ երկրների ճնշող մեծամասնությունը շրջանցելով, նույնիսկ չնայած այն բանին, որ Հունգարիան ինքնին այդ դաշինքի մասն է։

«Թռիչքի նման փոփոխված հետագիծը կարող է կազմել մոտ 5000 կմ և ավելացնել թռիչքի ժամանակը մոտ 3 ժամով՝ 1500 կմ ուղիղ երթուղու համեմատ։ Մինչ Ռուսաստանի նախագահական ինքնաթիռն ամբողջությամբ ունակ է իրականացնելու հեռավոր թռիչքներ, երկարաձգված երթուղին կպահանջի մանրակրկիտ համակարգում թուրքական և սերբական ավիադիսպետչերական ծառայությունների հետ և արտակարգ իրավիճակների պլանների մշակում՝ եղանակային պայմանների կամ դիվանագիտական բարդությունների դեպքում»,- գրում է Air Live-ը։

Անվտանգության փորձագետները նշում են, որ Սև ծովի վրայով թռիչքները դեռևս կապված են շահագործման ռիսկերի հետ, հատկապես հաշվի առնելով տարածաշրջանում առկա ռազմական ակտիվությունը։

Սա առաջին դեպքը չէ, երբ Պուտինը կամ ռուսաստանյան այլ պաշտոնյաներ ստիպված են լինում դիմել ստեղծագործական մոտեցումների՝ միջազգային գագաթնաժողովներին մասնակցելու համար։ Արևմուտքի կողմից 2022 թվականի սկզբին օդային տարածքներում թռիչքների արգելքներ սահմանելուց ի վեր, ռուսական դիվանագիտական ինքնաթիռները ստիպված են եղել շրջանցումներ կատարել Կենտրոնական Ասիայի, Մերձավոր Արևելքի կամ Բալկանների վրայով, որպեսզի հասնեն այն վայրեր, որոնք ընդամենը մի քանի ժամվա թռիչքի հեռավորության վրա էին գտնվում։ Օրինակ, 2023 թվականի հունիսին Ռուսաստանի արտաքին գործերի նախարար Սերգեյ Լավրովը շրջանցիկ ճանապարհով՝ Իրանի և Հյուսիսային Աֆրիկայի վրայով, մեկնել է Հարավային Աֆրիկայում կայանալիք ԲՐԻԿՍ-ի հանդիպմանը։

«Պուտինի ուղևորությունը դեպի Բուդապեշտ ընդգծում է, որ աշխարհաքաղաքական մեկուսացումը շարունակում է փոխել նույնիսկ դիվանագիտության լոգիստիկան։ Թեև Հունգարիան ԵՄ-ում հազվագյուտ հնարավորություն է ընձեռում Թրամփի հետ դեմ առ դեմ հանդիպելու համար, այնտեղ թռիչքը բոլորովին էլ հեշտ գործ չէ։ Այս պահին թռիչքի պաշտոնական պլանը չի հրապարակվել, սակայն թուրք-սերբական միջանցքը ամենահարմար երթուղին է թվում Ռուսաստանի նախագահի Հունգարիա ժամանելու համար»,- եզրակացրել է պորտալը։
