Հայաստանում մոլեգնում է 37 թվականը

Փաստաբան Ալեքսանդր Կոչուբաևը կալանավորվել է 2 ամսով։ Կալանքի միջնորդությունը մակագրվել էր տխրահռչակ դատավոր Մասիս Մելքոնյանին, ով արդեն հասցրել է բավարարել երկու սրբազանների կալանքի միջնորդությունը, և ընդհանրապես հայտնի է գործող իշխանությունների համար կայացված ամենախայտառակ որոշումներով։ Միջնորդության քննարկմանը Կոչուբաևի շահերը պաշտպանել են 24 փաստաբաններ, բայց նրանց ներկայացրած բոլոր փաստարկները Մասիս Մելքոնյանի համար առ ոչինչ էին, և ընդամենը մեկ ժամ խորհրդակցական սենյակում անցկացնելուց հետո Մելքոնյանը վերադարձել ու 2 ամսով կալանավորել է փաստաբանին, որի մեղքը ընդամենը բավականին կոշտ գրառումն էր՝ ուղղված քննիչներին, դատավորներին և դատախազներին։

Նրան կալանավորելու համար հենց օգտագործվել է Քրեական օրենսգրքի 409-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասը՝ դատավորի, դատախազի, քննիչի մասին արատավորող, նշված անձանց իրավունքներին ու օրինական շահերին այլ վնաս պատճառող տեղեկություն հրապարակելը՝ կապված նշված անձանց օրինական ծառայողական կամ մասնագիտական գործունեության հետ։ Կոչուբաևը նրանց «Վիժվածքներ» էր անվանել՝ Մկրտիչ սրբազանին և այլ հոգևորականների կալանավորելու համար։ Փաստացի այդ արտահայտությունը որպես արատավորող տեղեկություն են գնահատել։

Փաստաբանին ձերբակալել են երեկ դատարանի դահլիճից դուրս գալուց հետո, ԱԱԾ գրոհայինները շատ կոշտ գետին էին նետել և ուժով բերման ենթարկել։ Գործարար Սամվել Կարապետյանից, Հայ Առաքելական Եկեղեցու սպասավորներից և ընդդիմադիր գործիչներից հետո իշխանությունը հիմա էլ անցնում է փաստաբաններին։ Ըստ էության՝ խորհրդարանական արտահերթ ընտրություններից առաջ, ինչպես և Վեհարանի գրոհից առաջ, Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը ուժ է ցուցադրում, ցույց տալով բոլորին, որ հենց ինքն է որոշում, թե ում հետ ինչ պետք է լինի։ «Ժողովրդավարական բաստիոնը», որպես այդպիսին, այլևս գոյություն չունի, Արևմուտքն էլ երկակի ստանդարտներ կիրառելով, աչք է փակում Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի բոլոր ապօրինությունների վրա, իսկ Հայաստանում մոլեգնում է 37 թվականը։
