Ֆրանսիայի վարչապետը պլանավորում է կասեցնել կենսաթոշակային բարեփոխումը

Ֆրանսիայի վարչապետ Սեբաստիան Լեկոռնյուն պլանավորում է մինչև 2027 թվականը մասնակիորեն կասեցնել կենսաթոշակային բարեփոխումը, որով նախատեսվում է կենսաթոշակային տարիքի աստիճանական բարձրացում 62-ից մինչև 64 տարեկան: «Արմենպրես»-ն այս մասին տեղեկանում է «ՌԻԱ Նովոստի» գործակալությունից։ 

Նշվում է, որ ըստ BFMTV հեռուստաալիքի՝ Լեկոռնյուն խորհրդարանին կներկայացնի նոր կառավարության քաղաքական ծրագիրը։

Ըստ հրապարակման՝ հոկտեմբերի 13-ին Սեբաստիան Լեկոռնյուն ավելի քան 2 ժամ 15 րոպե բարեփոխումը քննարկել է «կենսաթոշակի հարցով զբաղվող աշխատանքային խմբի» հետ, որը բաղկացած է նախարարներից. նրանց թիմերի տեղեկատվության համաձայն` վարչապետի ներկայիս նախընտրելի դիրքորոշումը կենսաթոշակային բարեփոխման մասնակի կասեցումն է՝ մինչև 2027 թվականը (կենսաթոշակի անցնելու) օրինական տարիքը դադարեցնելու ճանապարհով»։

Լեկոռնյուն որոշել է այս քայլին դիմել Սոցիալիստական ​​կուսակցության հետ փոխզիջման շրջանակներում՝ անվստահության քվեից խուսափելու համար, հաղորդում է BFMTV-ն։ Նախօրյակին աջ և ձախ ընդդիմությունը խորհրդարանին է ներկայացրել երկու առանձին բանաձև՝ կառավարությանը վստահության հարցի քննարկման շուրջ։ Ինչպես հիշեցնում է հեռուստաալիքը, եթե սոցիալիստները միանան քվեին, ապա նախարարների կաբինետին անվստահության հայտնելու համար անհրաժեշտ մեծամասնությունը կհավաքվի։

Հոկտեմբերի 10-ին Ֆրանսիայի նախագահ Էմանուել Մակրոնը վարչապետի պաշտոնում կրկին նշանակել էր Լեկոռնյուին, որը մեկ ամսից քիչ պաշտոնավարելուց հետո՝ հոկտեմբերի 6-ին, հրաժարական էր տվել վարչապետի պաշտոնից։

2023 թ. հունվարից մինչև հունիս Ֆրանսիայում տեղի ունեցան կենսաթոշակային բարեփոխման դեմ լայնածավալ բողոքի ցույցեր. զանգվածային ակցիաներին ավելի քան մեկ միլիոն մարդ է մասնակցել ամբողջ երկրում։ Սակայն չնայած բնակչության կողմից ակնհայտ առարկություններին, 2023 թ. սեպտեմբերից օրենքը, որով կենսաթոշակային տարիքն աստիճանաբար 62-ից բարձրանում է մինչև 64, ուժի մեջ է մտել։ Կառավարությունը որպես բարեփոխման հիմնական պատճառ նշել է բյուջետային միջոցների անբավարարությունը թոշակառուների վճարումները ֆինանսավորելու համար։
