Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեմ նոր մեղադրանքով փորձում են փոխել քարոզչական ֆոնը

Նիկոլ Փաշինյանը գործարար-բարերար Սամվել Կարապետյանի մեղադրանքի փոփոխությամբ փորձում է իր համար ժամանակ շահել, ինչպես նաև մոլորեցնել միջազգային հանրությանը։ Հիշեցնենք, նախօրեին Քննչական կոմիտեն հայտնեց, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի մեղադրանքը փոփոխվել է։

Գործարարին 2 մեղադրանք էր առաջադրվել՝ իշխանությունը զավթելու հրապարակային կոչ և փողերի լվացում։ Ըստ պաշտպանական թիմի՝ Կարապետյանին տնտեսական բնույթի նոր մեղադրանք է առաջադրվել։ Ավելացվել է՝ իշխանական կամ ծառայողական լիազորությունները կամ դրանցով պայմանավորված ազդեցությունն օգտագործելով, առանձնապես խոշոր չափերով փողերի լվացման հոդվածը։ Գործող իշխանությունները հրաշալի հասկանում են, որ Սամվել Կարապետյանի առաջադրված այն մեղադրանքը, որի համար ի սկզբանե ձերբակալվեց, ապա կալանավորվեց, բացառապես քաղաքական է։ Հիշեցնենք, Կարապետյանին կալանավորել էին եկեղեցուն աջակցության համար, որտեղ նա ընդամենը նշել էր. «Կանենք մեր ձևով»։

Գործարարի կալանավորման շուրջ բավականին լուրջ աղմուկ է բարձրացվել ազդեցիկ միջազգային իրավաբանական շրջանակների և միջազգային հանրության կողմից՝ ըստ էության ապացուցելով, որ ռուսաստանաբնակ գործարարի դեմ քաղաքական հետապնդում է իրականացվում։ Ավելին, նույնիսկ ոչ քաղաքական հայտարարության, այլ ընդամենը եկեղեցուն աջակցող հայտարարության համար։ Որպեսզի հնարավոր լինի ջրել առաջադրված մեղադրանքի ծանր ազդեցությունը և փորձել կանխել միջազգային բավականին կոշտ արձագանքները, Փաշինյանը հիմնական հոդված է փորձում դարձնել փողերի լվացումը։

Այս հոդվածը ավելի հասկանալի է արևմտյան հասարակությանը. Արևմուտքում այն համարվում է բավականին լուրջ հանցագործություն իր հետևանքներով։ Փողերի լվացման հոդվածը նաև հնարավորություն է տալիս իշխանություններին Սամվել Կարապետյանի դեմ քարոզչական նոր պատերազմ սկսել՝ այլ հանցանքների շեշտադրումով, ուստի այժմ ամեն ինչ փորձում են անել մեղադրանքի շեշտադրումը փոխելու համար։

Այս կերպ նաև փորձում են Արևմուտքում, մասնավորապես Սպիտակ տանը, կանխել վատ զարգացումները։ Հիշեցնենք, Սամվել Կարապետյանի համար աշխատում են բավականին ազդեցիկ միջազգային իրավաբաններ, օրինակ՝ Ռոբերտ Ամստերդամը, որը փաստարկել է, որ Կարապետյանի դեմ քաղաքական հետապնդում է իրականացվում։ Փաշինյանը «թրենդային» հոդվածով փորձում է փոխել ֆոնը, ժամանակ շահել և հնարավորինս երկար Սամվել Կարապետյանին պահել բանտում՝ հասկանալով, որ եթե Կարապետյանը դրսում լինի, նա և իր ղեկավարած «Մեր ձևով» շարժումը բավականին լուրջ ու այլընտրանք կարող են դառնալ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանի իշխանության համար։ Ըստ էության, Փաշինյանը փորձում է չեզոքացնել հնարավոր վատ հետևանքները։
