Խոշոր բիզնես. վիզայի համար հերթագրվելն անգամ դարձել է անհնար. «Փաստ»

«Փաստ» օրաթերթը գրում է.

Օրեր առաջ ՀՀ ներքին գործերի նախարար Արփինե Սարգսյանը հանդիպել էր ԵՄ ընդլայնման հարցերով հանձնակատար Մարթա Կոսի հետ։ Ի թիվս այլ հարցերի, քննարկվել է ԵՄ վիզաների ազատականացման «դինամիկ ընթացքը»: Այս ձևակերպումն արդեն նորություն չէ, այն պարբերաբար դաշտ է նետվում ԵՄ տարբեր պաշտոնյաների հետ հայաստանյան պաշտոնյաների հանդիպումներից հետո: Սրան զուգահեռ Նիկոլ Փաշինյանն ու էկոնոմիկայի նախարարը մեծ ոգևորությամբ ազդարարում էին հունգարական ավիափոխադրողի՝ Հայաստանում «բազավորվելու» մասին: Նրանք նաև «աննախադեպ» հաջողություն էին համարում, որ հայաստանցիները էժան ու առանց խոչընդոտ կարող են ճամփորդել: Դե, մոտավորապես՝ «Հռոմում սուրճ խմել»:

Սակայն, մինչ Հայաստանի հասարակության ականջները «շոյում» են նման ձևակերպումներով, գնալով ավելի ու ավելի դժվար է դառնում Շենգենյան վիզա ստանալը:

Հասկանալի է՝ դեսպանատների «ընդունելությունն» անսահմանափակ չէ, արդյունքում ամեն օր չէ, որ, այսպես ասած, «օր է բացվում»: Մասնավորաբար, Իտալիայի վիզայի պարագայում դա արվում է շաբաթվա մեջ 2 կամ 3 օր՝ ժա մը 16 -ի ց 18-ն ըն կած ժա մ ա ն ա կ ա հատ վ ա ծում, բայց տևում է հազիվ մի քանի վայրկյան: Մարդիկ պարզապես չեն էլ հասցնում աչքները թարթել, երբ «կանաչ» ժամ այլևս չի լինում: Ավելին, շատերը բողոքում են, որ երբ նույ նիսկ հանդ ի պել են «կանաչ » ժամի ու փորձել են գրանցվել, կա՛մ համակարգը դուրս է գցել, կա՛մ այլ տեխնիկական խնդիր է արձանագրվել, մաս նավորաբար նշվել է, թե «շատ փորձեր» են արել, ինչը քաղաքացիները շատ կասկածել ի են համարում: Ավելին, մենք ուսումնասիրեցինք մի քանի խմբեր, որտեղ մարդիկ քննարկում են այս թեման, ու պարզվեց, որ դժգոհությունները հիմնականում նույնն են: Այստեղ էլ մարդիկ գրում են, որ ահնատ քաղաքացին փաստացի չի կարող հերթագրվել:

Փոխարենը սոցցանցերը լցված են վիզայի աջակցմամբ զբաղվող կազմակերպությունների գովազդներով, որոնցից ոմանք նույնիսկ տալիս են «օր (ժամ) վերցն ե լու» երաշխիք ՝ ուշադրություն... 100 տոկոսով: Միայն «օր (ժամ) վերցնելու» համար գները տատանվում են 40 հազարից 80 հազար դրամի սահմաններում: Թե ինչպես են կարողանում «հերթագրվել», դա արդեն այլ խոսակցության նյութ է: Ոլորտից քաջատեղյակ մարդիկ նշում են, որ սա դարձել է խոշոր բիզնեսի աղբյուր, ու մարդն ինքնուրույն պարզապես չի կարող գրանցվել՝ փաստաթղթերը հանձնելու համար:

Արդյունքում այս ամենը նպաստում է, որ հանրության շրջանում ձևավորվի ծայրահեղ բացասական վերաբերմունք ոչ միայն ԵՄ անդամ երկր ն ե րի դես պ ա նատ ն ե րի, այ լ և հենց բուն երկրների հանդեպ:
