«Քաղպայմանագիրը» փոքր շանսեր ունի հաղթելու Վաղարշապատում

Երեկ ավարտվել է Վաղարշապատ խոշորացված համայնքի ընտրություններին մասնակցող կուսակցությունների և դաշինքների կողմից փաստաթղթերը ներկայացնելու վերջնաժամկետը։ Կենտրոնական ընտրական հանձնաժողովն առայժմ չի հրապարակել, թե որ քաղաքական ուժերն են ներկայացրել իրենց փաստաթղթերը. ըստ ամենայնի, առաջիկա օրերին այդ մասին տեղեկություն կտարածվի։ Մինչև հոկտեմբերի 17-ը ընտրատարածքային ընտրական հանձնաժողովն ավարտելու է առաջադրված քաղաքական ուժերի գրանցումը և փաստաթղթերի ստուգումը, որից հետո կուսակցությունները արդեն կպատրաստվեն նոյեմբերի 16-ին կայանալիք ՏԻՄ ընտրություններին։

Այս պահի դրությամբ հայտնի է, որ փաստաթղթեր են ներկայացրել «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագիր», «Հանրապետություն», «Ժառանգություն», «Հայրենիք», «Մայր Հայաստան» կուսակցությունները և «Հաղթանակ» դաշինքը։ «Հաղթանակ» դաշինքի թեկնածուն Էջմիածնի ավագանու գործող անդամ Սևակ Խաչատրյանն է, իսկ դաշինքում ընդգրկված են Դաշնակցությունը և «Առաջ» աջակենտրոն կուսակցությունը։ Սևակ Խաչատրյանը «Առաջ» կուսակցության գործադիր կոմիտեի նախագահն է։

Վաղարշապատում տրամադրությունները այնպիսին են, որ «Քաղաքացիական պայմանագրին», առանց ֆինանսական, քրեական և քաղաքական ռեսուրսը չարաշահելու, բարդ է լինելու հաղթանակ տանել։ Որքան էլ գործող իշխանություններն ու նրանց արբանյակ՝ «Հանրապետություն» կուսակցությունը, պնդեն, թե Գյումրի–2 չի լինելու, հենց նման սցենարով էլ կարող են գնալ ընտրությունները։ «Քաղպայմանագիրը» չափազանց փոքր շանսեր ունի հաղթանակ տանելու Վաղարշապատում, իսկ առաջադրված ընդդիմադիր քաղաքական ուժերն էլ կարող են բավականին լուրջ արդյունք ցուցաբերել։

Արդյո՞ք ՔՊ-ն կգնա ընտրությունների տոտալ կեղծման՝ հաշվի առնելով այդ կուսակցության ներկա վիճակը։ Ամենայն հավանականությամբ՝ այո՛։ Գործող իշխանությունները հենց այդպես էլ պատրաստվում են անել, և ընդդիմության առաջնահերթ խնդիրը ոչ միայն հասարակությանը համոզելն է, որ իրենց ձայն տան, այլ նաև ընտրակեղծիքների կանխումն ու վերահսկումը։
