Իսրայելը հայտարարել Է պաղեստինցի բանտարկյալների և պատանդների փոխանակման մեկնարկի մասին

Իսրայելական աղբյուրները հաստատել են, որ պաղեստինցի բանտարկյալների փոխանցումը սկսվել է, քանի որ լրացել է գերիների փոխանակման 72-ժամյա վերջնաժամկետը։ Դա եղել է հրադադարի մասին համաձայնագրի ստորագրումից հետո, որը պաշտոնապես ուժի մեջ է մտել ուրբաթ կեսօրին։

Իսրայելական աղբյուրը շաբաթ օրը հայտնել է, որ համապատասխան մարմինները սկսել են Իսրայելի բանտերից ազատ արձակված պաղեստինցի բանտարկյալների տեղափոխումը, հաղորդում է «Yedioth Ahronoth»-ը։

Նա նաև նշել է, որ Պաղեստինյան ՀԱՄԱՍ խմբավորումն, իր հերթին, սկսել է նախապատրաստել «մնացած իսրայելցի պատանդներին»՝ երկուշաբթի օրը նրանց ազատ արձակելու համար։

Թեև դիակների տեղափոխումը, ըստ Համասի առաջնորդների, որոշ ժամանակ կպահանջի, Իսրայելի վարչապետ Բենիամին Նեթանյահուն վերջին օրերին բազմիցս ընդգծել է, որ «պատանդներին՝ մահացածներին ու ողջերին» միասին են վերադարձնելու։

Ավելի վաղ Իսրայելի կառավարությունը վավերացրել էր ՀԱՄԱՍ-ի հետ Գազայի հատվածում հրադադարի և համաձայնեցված գծերով իսրայելական զորքերի դուրսբերման մասին համաձայնագիրը։

ԱՄՆ նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփի կողմից Գազայի հարցով իսրայելցի բանտարկյալներին պաղեստինցի բանտարկյալների դիմաց ազատ արձակելու ծրագրով սահմանված 72-ժամյա վերջնաժամկետը սկսվել է։ Համասը, ինչպես սպասվում է, 72 ժամվա ընթացքում ազատ կարձակի ողջ մնացած 20 իսրայելցիների, որից հետո Իսրայելը կազատի իսրայելական բանտերում երկարատև պատիժ կրող 250 պաղեստինցիների (բացի պատերազմի ընթացքում Գազայում ձերբակալված ևս 1700 պաղեստինցիներից)։

Իսրայելի արդարադատության նախարարությունը հրապարակել է 250 անուններից բաղկացած մանրամասն ցուցակ, որոնք ազատ կարձակվեն, սակայն այդ ցուցակում չեն ներառվել մի քանի ականավոր պաղեստինցի առաջնորդների անուններ։ Այդ անձանց ազատ արձակումը պահանջել էր ՀԱՄԱՍ-ը, ինչպիսիք են ՖԱԹՀ-ի առաջնորդ Մարվան Բարգուտին, Պաղեստինի ազատագրման ժողովրդական ճակատի գլխավոր քարտուղար Ահմեդ Սաադաթը և այլն։

Գազայում դեռևս 48 պատանդ կա՝ 20-ը ողջ են, 26-ը՝ մահացած, իսկ երկու դիակ անհետ կորած է։

Հատկանշական է, որ Եգիպտոսի Շարմ էլ Շեյխ քաղաքում Իսրայելի և Համասի միջև միջնորդների հովանու ներքո անուղղակի բանակցություններից հետո ստորագրված փոխըմբռնման հուշագիրը իր կետերից մեկում ներառում էր բոլոր ողջ մնացած իսրայելցի պատանդների ազատ արձակումը՝ կոնկրետ պաղեստինցի բանտարկյալների ազատ արձակման դիմաց։

Իսրայելական բանտերում գործողությունը կիրականացվի առանց զանգվածային լրատվամիջոցների ուղիղ լուսաբանման, առանց զինված կամ տոնական ցույցերի, ինչպես եղել է նախորդ նման փոխանակումների ժամանակ։ Միայն Կարմիր Խաչը կհետևի գործողության ընթացքին և կհաղորդի խախտումների մասին, եթե այդպիսիք հայտնաբերվեն, գրում է Al Arabiya-ն։
