Շքանշան՝ պարտության դիմաց. «Քոչարի ազգային վերածնունդ և ազգի զարթոնք» կուսակցությունը քննադատել է իշխանությանը

Հայտարարության մեջ նշվում է, որ պետական պարգևների ինստիտուտը Հայաստանում կորցնում է իր իրական արժեքը, երբ պարգևները տրվում են ոչ թե աշխատանքի արդյունքի, այլ իշխանությանը հավատարիմ լինելու համար։

«Արտաքին քաղաքական ձախողումների, դիվանագիտական մեկուսացման և ազգային շահերի զիջումների պայմաններում նման պարգևատրումը ոչ թե գնահատում է ծառայությունը, այլ լոյալությունը՝ իշխանությանը»֊, ասված է հայտարարության մեջ։

Կուսակցությունը ընդգծում է, որ հատկապես մտահոգիչ է այն հանգամանքը, որ պարտված կամ ձախողված ռազմական հրամանատարները պարգևատրվում են գեներալական կոչումներով և շքանշաններով, այն դեպքում, երբ հասարակությունը դեռ չի վերականգնվել պատերազմական կորուստներից։

«Երբ պարտությունը պարգևատրվում է, պետությունն ինքն է խարխլում իր հիմքերը։ Սա խիստ հարված է բանակի ոգուն, իսկ ժողովրդի՝ արդարության նկատմամբ հավատին»,֊ նշված է կուսակցության հայտարարությունում։

Հիշելով, օրինակ, Արգիշտի Քյարամյանի դեպքը՝ կուսակցությունը շեշտում է, որ պետական անվտանգությունը բազմիցս կասկածի տակ դրած պաշտոնյան շարունակաբար ներկայացվել է որպես արժանի պետական գործիչ, ինչը «պետական արժեհամակարգի ամբողջական փլուզման վկայությունն է»։

«Շքանշանը պետք է խորհրդանշի ծառայության մաքրությունը, խիզախությունն ու նվիրումը Հայրենիքին, այլ ոչ թե պաշտոնական լոյալությունը կամ քաղաքական հաշվարկը։ Երբ պարգևը դառնում է իշխանական պրոպագանդայի գործիք, պետությունը կորցնում է իր արժանապատվությունը, բանակը՝ իր ոգին, ժողովուրդը՝ հավատը արդարության նկատմամբ»,֊ ընդգծում է կուսակցության վարչությունը։

Հայտարարության վերջում նշվում է, որ կուսակցությունը պատրաստվում է նախաձեռնություն սկսել՝ ուղղված պետական պարգևների ինստիտուտի վերարժևորմանը, որպեսզի ապագայում բացառվեն քաղաքական կամ անձնական հավատարիմների պարգևատրումները։
