Flexible Terms when Transferring your Mortgage Loan to AraratBank

AraratBank comes up with a new mortgage loan offer, enabling customers to transfer their existing mortgage loans from other banks or credit organizations operating in Armenia on more favorable and simplified terms.

The offer aims to reduce the financial burden on customers while securing more affordable monthly repayments and a streamlined lending process.

Main terms:

• Interest Rate: from 12.25%

• Additional 0.5% reduction for customers receiving their salary via an AraratBank card for a minimum of 3 months

• Effective Annual Interest Rate: 12.40% – 13.53%
• Loan Amount: from AMD 5 million up to AMD 150 million
• Tenure: 5 to 25 years
• Mortgage Costs: fully covered by the Bank (property clearance extract, notarization, registration of the mortgage right, and appraisal fees)
• No Fees Required: no application processing fee, insurance, proof of income, or loan package servicing fees
• Simplified Creditworthiness Assessment: if the transferred loan has been serviced for over one year, no income proof is required, and existing loan obligations are not taken into consideration. However, the total number of overdue days on the mortgage loan over the past year must not exceed 8 days.
