Բացահայտվել է 2015 թվականին կատարված հանցագործությունը. գործը դատարանում է

ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում իրականացված քննչական և վարութային մեծածավալ գործողությունների արդյունքում բացահայտվել է դեռևս 2015թ. հունվարի 15-ին Լոռու մարզի երկու բնակչի առողջությանը ծանր վնաս պատճառելու դեպքը:  Այս մասին տեղեկացրին ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեից։

«Նշված օրը՝ վաղ առավոտյան, Ստեփանավանի բժշկական կենտրոնից ահազանգ էր ստացվել՝ կտրած-ծակած թափանցող վերք ախտորոշմամբ երկու երիտասարդի՝ բուժօգնության տեղափոխվելու վերաբերյալ:

Դեպքի առթիվ ՀՀ քննչական կոմիտեի Լոռու մարզային քննչական վարչությունում հարուցված քրեական գործի նախաքննության ընթացքում, քննչական խմբի և ՀՀ ոստիկանության ծառայողների կողմից համատեղ իրականացված մեծածավալ միջոցառումների արդյունքում, պարզվել էր, որ դեպքը տեղի էր ունեցել գիշերային ակումբում՝ վիճաբանության ժամանակ:

Մասնավորապես, քննությամբ պարզվել էր, որ 2015թ. հունվարի 14-ին՝ ժամը 23:30-ի սահմաններում, գիշերային ակումբում վիճաբանություն էր ծագել նշված երիտասարդների և ակումբի մեկ այլ այցելուի միջև, ինչը շարունակվել էր գիշերային ակումբի բակում, ապա նաև՝ Վանաձոր-Սպիտակ ավտոճանապարհին հարակից տարածքում գտնվող մեկ այլ գիշերային ակումբի մոտ, որի ժամանակ ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձը, մարմնական վնասվածք պատճառելու դիտավորությամբ, սուր ծակող-կտրող գործիքով հարվածել էր երիտասարդներից մեկի գլխին և ձախ ենթակողային շրջանին՝ պատճառելով առողջությանը ծանր վնաս, իսկ վերջինիս ընկերոջը, ով փորձել է միջամտել վիճաբանությանը, հարվածել էր որովայնի առաջային պատին՝ պատճառելով կյանքի համար վտանգավոր ծանր վնաս, այնուհետև դեպքի վայրից դիմել էր փախուստի:

Ձեռնարկված անհետաձգելի միջոցառումների արդյունքում պարզվել էր ենթադրյալ հանցագործություն կատարած անձի ինքնությունը, ով Վանաձոր քաղաքի՝ 1991թ. ծնված բնակիչ է. վերջինս որպես մեղադրյալ էր ներգրավվել՝ ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով, և նրա նկատմամբ հայտարարվել էր հետախուզում, իսկ որպես խափանման միջոց կիրառվել էր կալանավորումը:

Օպերատիվ-հետախուզական և օպերատիվ-որոնողական միջոցառումների արդյունքում Վանաձոր քաղաքի բնակիչը 2022թ. մայիսի 29-ին հայտնաբերվել և ներկայացվել է վարույթն իրականացնող մարմնին: Քրեական գործով կասեցված վարույթը նույն օրը վերսկսվել է, և քրեական վարույթի ընթացքում ձեռք բերված բավարար ապացույցների համակցությամբ՝ նրան մեղադրանք է ներկայացվել՝ 2003թ. ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 112-րդ հոդվածի 2-րդ մասի 1-ին կետով (2 դրվագ), որը համապատասխանում է 2022թ. ՀՀ քրեական օրենսգրքի 166-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 2-րդ և 166-րդ հոդվածի 1-ին մասի 1-ին կետերին: Դատարանը որոշում է կայացրել՝ վերջինիս նկատմամբ ընտրված խափանման միջոց կալանավորման հարցը կրկնակի քննության առնելու միջնորդությունը բավարարելու մասին:

Նախաքննությունն ավարտվել է, և քրեական վարույթը, մեղադրական եզրակացությամբ, ուղարկվել է դատարան»,- ասվում է հաղորդագրության մեջ:
