Բայդենը նախազգուշացրել է Թրամփին տնտեսական օգնության մասին օրենքը չստորագրելու կործանիչ հետեւանքների մասին

ԱՄՆ ընտրված նախագահ Ջո Բայդենը նախազգուշացրել է կործանիչ հետեւանքների մասին, եթե նախագահ Դոնալդ Թրամփը շարունակի հետաձգել կորոնավիրուսի համավարակի ընթացքում տնտեսական օգնության օրինագծի ստորագրումը, հաղորդում է BBC-ն:

Շաբաթ Բայդենի հրապարակած հայտարարության մեջ նկարագրված է Թրամփի հրաժարումը՝ որպես «պատասխանատվությունից հրաժարում»:

«Դա Սուրբ Ծննդյան հաջորդող ժամանակաշրջանն է, եւ միլիոնավոր ընտանիքներ չգիտեն՝ կկարողանա՞ն արդյոք գոյատեւել Դոնալդ Թրամփի՝ տնտեսական օգնության մասին օրինագիծը ստորագրելու մերժման հետեւանքով, իսկ այդ նախագիծը հաստատվել է Կոնգրեսի եւ երկկուսակցական մեծամասնության կողմից»,-նշված է Բայդենի հայտարարության մեջ:

Նա բարձր է գնահատել Կոնգրեսի անդամների օրինակը, որոնք փոխզիջումների արդյունքում հասել են երկկուսակցական համաձայնության:

«Նախագահ Թրամփը պետք է միանա նրանց, որպեսզի միլիոնավոր ամերիկացիներ կարողանան սնունդ ձեռքբերել եւ չզրկվել տանիքից այս տոնական ժամանակաշրջանում»,-նշված է Բայդենի հայտարարության մեջ:

Կորոնավիրուսի դեմ պայքարի միջոցառումների 900 մլրդ դոլար արժողությամբ փաթեթը հաստատվել է ԱՄՆ Կոնգրեսի կողմից երկու ամսվա ընթացքում, սակայն Թրամփն այդ կապակցությամբ հայտարարել էր, որ ցանկանում է մարդկանց տրամադրել ավելի շատ միանվագ գումարներ:

Օրինագիծը ներառում է 600-ական դոլարի վճարում ամերիկացիներին, որոնք վաստակում են տարեկան 75 000 դոլարից պակաս: Թրամփի խոսքով՝ նա ցանկանում է, որ ամերիկացիները ստանան 2000-ական դոլար, սակայն Կոնգրեսում հանրապետականները հրաժարվել են այդ փոփոխությունը հաստատել: Սակայն, այդուհանդերձ, Թրամփը ստիպված կլինի հաստատել այդ որոշումը:
